CROSSFIT TRAINING AT BPHYT

Gents – thanks to Brent Dacey, the details are finalized and we can confirm cross fit training starts Monday November 13 @ 8 pm.  8 weeks – twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays, 8 – 10 pm.  16 sessions in total.

The gym is located at 100 Sunrise Ave., Toronto.

Training will run from Monday November 13 and go every Monday and Thursday until Thursday December 14.  There’ll be a holiday break, and then training will resume from January 8 until January 25.

This is rugby specific training – you will be a better player at the end of this 8 week program.

We have 8 guys committed, and have space for up to 7 more.

Cost is $180.
