It appears the Buccaneers RFC will face two new opponents in the TRU 'B' division. Orillia's North Simcoe Dingos RFC will be joining the TRU 'B' division, along with the Toronto based Bay Street RFC. Both clubs qualified to be promoted to the 'B' division after successful campaigns in the TRU 'C' division in 2008.
