This Annual General Meeting is open to all registered members of the Toronto Buccaneers, be they Full, Social or Alumni designations. We will be accepting nominations for the following Executive positions (please note incumbents, and positions currently in need of filling):

Treasurer (inc. Adam MacMillan)
Captain (inc. Paul Collins)
Recruitment (inc. Simon Cooper)
Social (inc. Tim Morton)
Assistant Social (no inc)
Fixtures (no inc)
Secretary (no inc)

Any new nominations may be made anonymously through AGM@BUCCANEERSRUGBY.COM up until Thursday, November 25th.

Once nominations for have been confirmed, we will advise the club of all nominees for each position. We will then also accept votes by proxy to AGM@BUCCANEERSRUGBY.COM up until 10am on November 28th, 2010 should you be unable to attend the meeting and wish to voice your opinion.

Any other team business wishing to be addressed by members can be voiced at the AGM as well following the Executive elections.

We hope you will take part in this democratic process and help continue to improve our already outstanding rugby club.
