I’m very proud of the great numbers we had this past Saturday, and the success of our two men’s teams. We began this season unsure if we could field TWO FULL TIME men’s rugby teams, and originally registered one’s men’s team in the TRU B division, and another men’s team in the TRU Central division on an exhibition basis. With the solid numbers we have registered, the Buccaneers have formally entered our second Men’s team in the TRU Central division, and will be assigned more rugby games for our second team throughout the summer. Also, our second men’s team will be eligible for playoffs in the TRU Central division come August 16, when playoffs start! With only about 2 1/2 months left, our rugby season will fly by – make sure you get out to as many practices as you can, and make yourself available for as many rugby games as you can – it’s a LONG WINTER between rugby seasons!

Cheers,
The Prez
