For the first time in a long time, the Buccaneers are in a cup final! Our Under-16 team has made to the finals and are taking on North Halton at 11:00am on the Irish pitch at Fletcher’s Fields in Markham.

Not only do the Buccaneers have a Junior side for the first time in recent memory, but they have made it all the way to the finals in their first year! Credit goes to James Phillips, Richard Williams and Jay McDonnell who have given up a lot of time and effort to coach the boys.

So we’re calling on all Buccaneers, current members and Old Boys, to head up to Markham and cheer on our kids as they attempt to bring home the cup for our club!

A bus for the players will be leaving from Marc Garneau Collegiate Saturday morning at 9am, and some space is available if you wish to join. Alternatively there will be a car pool from the Fox and Fiddle Leaside leaving at 10am. Those who can drive are asked to bring their cars if possible.
