BUCS HALL OF FAME AND AWARDS DINNER

Our annual Hall of Fame and Awards Dinner will be held October 14th at 7:00pm.  We are returning to the McNeil Room at Whistler’s Grille once again this year.  The menu will be the same as last year, a sumptuous buffet including a vegetarian option.  Dinner will include 2 bottles of wine at each table during dinner, otherwise a cash bar will be available.

For those who were there last year, Club President Brian Crothers was much more succinct in his remarks – leaving much more time for drinking and dancing.  You are encouraged to bring your wife, partner, etc. as that was one of the reasons we started this event.

We will be handing out our annual end of season awards (MVP, etc.) and will also be inducting Simon Bright into the Bucs Hall of Fame.  Simon is a long-time member of the club and has been a very active alumni supporter – and proud father of Buccaneer Nick Bright!  We will also be handing out club honours ties to recognize those who have played or volunteered for the club for at least 10 years.

Tickets will be $50 for 1, or $95 for 2.  You can order and pay for your through PayPal HERE.  Please note you cannot purchase tickets at door as our final numbers need to be into the restaurant ahead of time.  Tickets must be ordered and paid for by October 6, 2017.

This event is semi-formal, so gentleman please wear a shirt and tie.  Club ties are highly encouraged, but if you do not have one, any tie will do.  Yes, if it has to be spelled out, pants must also be worn. For those wishing to purchase a club tie Brian the Prez will have some available on the night for $30 a piece.
