Our 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held on December 10th at Sneaky Pete’s office, 330 University Avenue in the Hugh C. Baker room (same one as last year) starting at 2:00pm sharp.

Below are the executive positions up for election, including those incumbents who wish to stand again.  If the incumbent is not standing again, the position will be listed as vacant.

Remember, just because an incumbent is choosing to run again does not mean that you cannot run for the same position.  Elections are fun!

President:  Brian Crothers (2 year term)

Vice- President Men’s Rugby: Chris Burt (2 year term)

Vice – President Junior Development:  Vacant (2 year term)

Vice-President Finance:  Vacant (2 year term)

Club Secretary:  Sean Webb (2 year term)

Communications Director:  Jay McDonnell (1 year term)

Social Director:  Vacant (1 year term)

Recruitment Director:  Greg DeVillers (1 year term)

Fixtures Director:  Vacant (1 year term)

If you wish to be nominated for a position on the executive, please send your nomination and seconder to Sean Webb directly at seanwebb@outlook.com before 11:59pm, December 9, 2016.  

All those wishing to stand, nominate or second a nomination must be a member in good standing – this includes social members.  This means dues paid.  Hall of Fame members are considered Life Members under the constitution and are therefore considered in good standing in perpetuity. 

ALSO – this year we will be holding our annual Xmas Pub crawl the same night.  Therefore it will be starting downtown and will be led by Chris Burt.  Your executive decided since it is a busy time of the year we would try to fit everything in on the same day.  Details of the crawl will follow.
