June 25th, 2016 the Toronto Buccaneers RFC will be holding their annual PINK LADIES DAY fundraiser.  For the past several years the Bucs select a home game and dedicate both their matches to breast cancer awareness.  All men’s teams wear a pink rugby sock to show their support on field.  We strongly encourage all club members to bring out their Mom, girlfriend, wife, daughter, etc., as honoured guests for the day!

At the field, club member and sideline donations are accepted (we suggest a $5 donation per member).  After the matches there is a fundraiser raffle held at the Leaside Pub.  Thanks to generous donors we’ll have great prizes up for grabs and sell raffle tickets for chances to win.

We ask all club member’s wear a pink shirt to the field June 26.  We are working on Bucs ‘pink’ t-shirts we may have for sale as an additional fundraiser.

Last year we raised nearly $2,000 for ReThink Breast Cancer and over the past several years we’ve raised over $10,000 for the great cause.  Make sure you’re there, bring a guest, and let’s beat last year’s total!
