INDOOR TRAINING FOR UPCOMING 2016 SEASON
Buccaneers, your executive committee is busy scheduling indoor training to get a head start on the 2016 season. In the works is a weekly ‘touch rugby’ gym session starting in January. We also be booking our week long ‘spring rugby camp’ during the week of March 27 – April 2. Lastly, leading up to our March camp we will be booking some weekly indoor turf space to begin to shake the rust off. Bucs head coach Drew MacPherson has already begun putting together off season fitness programs and advice for individual players. Drew has asked the club to check out the following video which shows 30 excellent exercises which can all be done at home, without any gym equipment.
