Regular outdoor practices are beginning this week – Tuesday & Thursday at 6:15pm at Riverdale Park East. We will be training here until Sunnybrook Park opens in May.

Please wear appropriate rugby training attire (rugby shirt, cleats, mouth guard) and bring your own water/sports drinks or whatever you require.

To our new members (and old ones who need reminding), rugby isn’t like Rec Hockey or Softball. Regular attendance at practice is mandatory if you want to play rugby successfully and safely, so if you are not able to attend please contact Club Captain Fraser Cook and/or Coach Lee Yarnton directly.

Our season starts May 11th, with a tentative exhibition match on May 4th and possibly April 20th – so please keep those dates free.
