PRE SEASON TRAINING SCHEDULE
In keeping with our team effort to be as fit as possible for the upcoming season our very own Duane Farrell has put together a training schedule which you can download as a PDF file HERE.
Our thanks to Duane for taking the time to put this together and further enhancing our already great start with Sunday training. This schedule outlines a daily routine using little in the way of equipment, and yet is designed to maximize our fitness if followed and done with effort.
