REGISTRATION DAY – MARCH 16

Buccaneers & Alumni,

As is tradition, the club has its annual Registration Day on the last day of the 6 Nations tournament. There are 3 rugby games shown at the Fox & Fiddle, and we usually run some kind of pool or gambling opportunity. But mostly, it is the day we try and get everyone registered. Oh, and it is also St. Patrick’s Day weekend!

You may download the 2013 Registration form from here, or we will also have forms available at the Fox. Dues for this year are:

$350 – Senior Men
$275 – Students (applies to university or high schoold students. Some form of verification is required)

With your dues, you will receive a club polo shirt as well as socks (these will be available closer to the start of the season). If you cannot pay your dues in one shot, that’s okay, just speak to President James Phillips or Treasurer Jay McDonnell to work out a payment plan.

We encourage as many Buccaneers as possible to come out on the 16th, it is a great day of rugby and one of the few chances we get to watch world class rugby live on TV. As usual, there is a $20 door fee, but at least we get 3 games for it.

There are usually a few alumni kicking around as well, so it is a good opportunity to hear some tales about the Buccaneers of the past!

Reminder – Training We have our 2nd special indoor training session this Sunday at Monarch Park from 1:00-2:30pm. Afterwards, everyone is invited to head to the Detroit Eatery (389 Danforth Avenue) for some burgers and beer, or if you are a forward, salad and water. The Detroit is one of our sponsors so hopefully a few of you can join us.
