Our next game is this Saturday, away to the Beach. Their pitch is the Tubs and Gee Gage Field at Coxwell and Lakeshore (parking entrance is off of Eastern Ave). This is easily accessible via the 22 Coxwell bus from Coxwell station on the TTC as well.

We are asking all players to be there, ready to warm up, at 11:30am

As noted in the earlier email, we are only practicing on Thursdays for the month of August, so if you want to play on Saturday you need to be at practice on Thursday. If you cannot attend, but still wish to play, please contact Colsey directly at captain@buccaneersrugby.com ASAP.

We are also scheduled to play a new club on August 18, the Etobicoke Invictus, and we will be doing a casual pub crawl that evening along Eglinton after the game – starting at the Fox so please arrange to join us if you can. More details to come next week.

In addition we are looking forward to our fall social schedule. Dates are still being determined, but there is much to look forward to. Our now annual Hall of Fame dinner will be coupled with our season Awards hand out, most likely at the end of September. This will be followed by our annual Halloween party at the Fox in October. The ever popular ‘end’ to our season will come in November with the much anticipated President’s Day, and our last social event of the year will be our annual Xmas TTC Pub Crawl in December.
