Friends, Family and Fellow Buccaneers!

Our rugby club has been accepted by the City of Toronto as a potential grant recipient through their Game On Toronto Sports Grant program (a Pan Am Games initiative). If we win the grant we will receive significant funding for our growing club, including the purchase of a brand new scrum machine for juniors and seniors to practice on (approx $8,000 cost)!

The sports clubs with the video entries with the most votes (along with points from a judges’ panel) win!

Dear Game On Toronto Applicant,

Congratulations!

Your video and application has been approved for posting and is currently viewable on the Game On Toronto website (www.gameontoronto.ca).

Voting begins tomorrow morning Wednesday, October 22 and ends at midnight, Wednesday, November 5th!

Over the next two weeks, your organization will need to engage your fans to vote for your project.

Tips for Voters: you can share this toolkit for voters (http://bit.ly/1orfooL). It is also found on the website.

It’s easy to vote!
– Register or login to vote. Register by creating an account or logging in with Facebook. Having different accounts by the same voter is NOT permitted.
– View the videos and select their favourite(s)
– Click the Vote button
– Vote for your favourite project (or projects) a maximum of once per day during the two week voting period.

We encourage voters to vote for both Level 1 and Level 2 projects.

Remember, you can vote for many projects as you like once per day! We encourage you and your fans to vote within both categories – vote for as many projects as you and your fans like (once per day). Voting closes Nov. 5th at midnight.
