Indoor rugby practice for the 2024 season starts this Sunday 6PM January 7th at MLS Arena.

Every Sunday from January 7th to April 28th 2024, 6:30PM , we will be practising indoors at MLS Arena (St. Clair and Danforth). New players and returning players of all age and skill levels are welcomed!
